Job Description:
Preferred candidates are seeking a professional career within sports ticket sales. Employees will work with other student workers and fulltime staff to assist in selling full menu of ticket options via phone calls faceto face appointments instadium meetings and special events. Answer inbound phone calls and emails to the Ticket Sales department and provide superior customer service. Make outbound touchpoint calls to current season ticket holders and perspective ticket purchasers as part of call campaigns. Sell Football Mens and Womens basketball season tickets partial plans and other ticket products via phone email and inperson appointments. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all current clients and prospects within Salesforce. Provide information and answer inquiries as needed. Pay range varies based on previous customer service experience.
