Pay: 12.28 p/h
Location: Ebbw Vale Rassau Industrial Estate NP23 5SD

Job Description:
Are you passionate about food production and eager to contribute to a highquality manufacturing process We are seeking a Production Operative to join our team in Ebbw Vale. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of our production ensuring we consistently deliver toptier products to our customers.
As a Production Operative you will be at the core of our production process working both independently and as part of a team to ensure that our products meet the strictest quality standards. Youll follow detailed instructions and procedures to maintain consistency ensure smooth operations and take ownership of your role helping us to deliver on time every time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Following and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards.
- Operating with a strong Health & Safety mindset following safe systems of work at all times.
- Supporting the production team by ensuring that processes run efficiently and effectively.
- Communicating within the team identifying and resolving issues swiftly.
- Encouraging a right first time attitude ensuring highquality output.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is essential.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Knowledge of HACCP Food Safety and Hygiene at Level 2.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety in food production.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
