Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a fresher to join PVR Limited in a fulltime position as a Counter Sales representative located in Hyderabad or Visakhapatnam. In this role the individual will be responsible for delivering highquality customer service engaging with customers to enhance their cinema experience and managing pointofsale transactions efficiently. Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in operating point of sale systems to ensure accurate billing and efficient transaction processing.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service with a focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
- Strong product knowledge to provide informed recommendations and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Basic cash handling skills to manage transactions ensure accuracy and maintain cash register integrity.
- Experience in inventory management to monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies promptly.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage professionally with customers greeting them and assisting with their inquiries to enhance their overall experience.
- Manage pointofsale transactions accurately including billing payment and ensuring correct pricing.
- Maintain product knowledge to answer questions make recommendations and promote special offers.
- Handle cash transactions meticulously and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Monitor inventory levels regularly and report restocking requirements to prevent supply shortages.
- Implement upselling strategies to increase average sales per customer and promote featured products.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless operation.
- Address customer issues and resolve them promptly escalating to higher management when necessary.
