Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support Advertising Creative Trust and Support (ACTS) Financial Planning and Analysis. The successful candidate will have financial reporting experience an operationally focused mindset and is interested in working in a fast paced global organization. This role is expected to drive process excellence innovation and deliver valuable business insights. Additionally this role requires regular interaction with leadership across the ACTS and Advertising Finance FP&A organization and therefore requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Key job responsibilities
Own and be the expert in all financial tools used to produce reports for corporate or business partners within the organization
Partner with various ACTS finance teams to consolidate the annual budget quarterly guidance and productivity reviews
Act as the controller of all financial information and ensure financials are submitted accurately and timely
Drive improvements and automation to simplify financial processes
Create improve and provide comments on financial metrics and reports
Facilitate financial review meetings with Business and Finance stakeholders to support decision making

3 years of tax finance or a related analytical field experience
Bachelors degree in finance accounting business economics or a related analytical field (e.g. engineering math computer science)
2 years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
2 years of identifying leading and executing opportunities to improve automate standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
4 years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
MBA or CPA
Experience working with largescale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL MS Access Essbase Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle SAP Lawson JD Edwards)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $60200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $128800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
