We are currently searching for a BA Sales & Marketing:
Responsibilities
- Provide user support for Sales & Marketing teams during reporting periods.
- Develop functional specifications gather user approvals conduct UATs and create requirements for production releases.
- Conduct data analysis for marketing campaigns sales performance tracking and market research.
- Monitor and resolve Customer Service Requests (CSRs) with Business Relationship Managers (BRMs).
- Track and resolve tickets related to Sales & Marketing applications and tools.
- Create business requirements for global Sales & Marketing teams.
- Follow up on support incidents to implement permanent solutions.
- Collaborate with and influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentor junior analysts.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Sales & Marketing.
- Strong organizational analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- SQL Developer experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Proactive selfstarter with a strategic and analytical mindset.
- Serviceoriented approach with focus on stakeholder collaboration.
Desired
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce HubSpot).
- PowerBI or other analytics tools experience.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
