Department: Residential Care Chatham Oaks
Shift: Daytime hours every other weekend

Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cleaning and maintain of all program areas bathrooms offices kitchen areas
- Cleaning and maintain of all floor surfaces
- Sweeping and shoveling of walks as necessary
- Performs other duties as assigned by Director
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written form
- Ability to obtain and maintain MSDS information on chemicals used for cleaning
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Qualifications
PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS
Education
High School diploma or equivalency required.
Qualifications/Experience
No experiencenecessary mental health and/or other disability experiencepreferred.
Valid Drivers License Required
