The Waiting Game are looking for Festival Bar Staff to join us at The Hay Festival!
Our staffing services cater to clients from sports venues music festivals and private events.
As a staffing agency we want to make sure that you as staff are treated with the respect you deserve. Our belief is that if you pick and choose when you work you will be at your best when working so we leave it to you to choose the shifts that suit you. They are available all week and you can fit them in as suits. We also encourage you to work with your friends as a happy worker is a good worker. So if you wish to apply for the role encourage your friends to do so as well and let us know who they are so we can coordinate accordingly.

We are looking for individuals who:
- Own a smartphone (to use our app)
- Good customer service skills
- Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential!
- Have a can do positive attitude
- Are punctual and committed for the shifts booked
- Are good communicators
How To Apply
- Download our App TWG Staff onto your IOS or Android device
- To complete your profile the app will ask you to book an induction. Select the office as Cardiff and pick a date and time with the Cardiff Team for your induction.
- We will accept your induction request and send you details of the zoom induction. The induction usually lasts 2030 mins.
- Once you have done these steps and attended the zoom induction we will verify your staff profile and you will be able to sign up to shifts!
