Greenway Ford a prominent automotive dealership and service center is actively seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Service Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Mobile Service Technician at Greenway Ford you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers by performing maintenance and repairs on their vehicles at their location.
Responsibilities:
- OnSite Service: Travel to customers locations to perform scheduled maintenance inspections and repairs on Ford vehicles. Utilize mobile service equipment and tools to ensure efficient and highquality service.
- Diagnostic and Repair Skills: Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in accordance with Ford specifications and guidelines. Perform routine maintenance tasks and inspections.
- Guest Interaction: Interact with guest in a professional and courteous manner addressing their concerns and providing clear explanations of service performed.
- Documentation: Accurately document all services performed including parts used and time spent on each job. Maintain detailed records of vehicle inspections diagnostics and repairs.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets highquality standards and complies with manufacturer and dealership guidelines. Conduct postservice inspections to verify the effectiveness of repairs.
Requirements:
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience as a Mobile Service Technician or a similar role. Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing automotive issues with a focus on Ford vehicles.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with customers and address their automotive concerns.
- SelfMotivated: Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and resources. Proactive approach to problemsolving and service delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other service technicians advisors and dealership staff to ensure seamless service operations.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing schedules and work environments.
Certifications:
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification and/or Ford certifications are a plus.
