What You Will Do
- Testing calibration adjustment cleaning and minor repairs to mechanical and optical measuring equipment as well as unique design gauges. Utilizes Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing methodology.
- Performs the calibration adjustment and maintenance of tools gauges specialized test equipment engineering test equipment production test positions molds dies jigs fixtures assemblies and templates to fulfill manufacturing quality requirements. Performs the mechanical calibration on all material / equipment fabricated to company drawings to fulfill quality requirements.
Qualifications You Must Have
- High School Diploma or Equivalency (GED).
- Three 3 years of experience in metrology/calibration.
- Experience working from drawings.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- The ability to obtain and maintain an Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives Access (ATF) clearance.

- Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS) an agency of the Department of Defense handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
