Job Description

Making this happen is the mission of every engineer on the Amazon North American Stores Expansion (NASX) team. We are looking for exceptional SDEs to help build vendor negotiation tools that will help scale Amazons Always On Negotiation system to ensure that we incorporate changing market variables into our purchasing decisions to give our customers the best prices available for everything we sell.
3 years of noninternship professional software development experience
2 years of noninternship design or architecture (design patterns reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
Experience programming with at least one software programming language
3 years of full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations experience
Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent

The base salary for this position ranges from $114800/year up to $191800/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
