Job Description
The Opportunity:
The Mental Health Therapist provides mental health and substance use disorder assessment and psychotherapy for individuals families or group and consultation and education for the community in a manner that most effectively meets the philosophy and goals of North Central Health Care based on evidenced based practices.
This role is fulltime onsite and typically works weekday business hours. Starting pay up to $81411 annual salary based on experience.

What Youll Do:
- Conducts screening/assessment/evaluation of consumers and plan appropriate care utilizing designated organizational evidencebased practices.
- Conducts individual family and group therapy with various age groups.
- Provides consultation and education to the community.
- Provides emergency crisis backup services including mobile crisis services.
- Performs case management duties as necessary.
- Remains flexible in scheduling in order to meet client need.
- Maintains regular and predictable onsite attendance.
- Ability to perform an assessment create a treatment plan and make recommendations based on findings
- Ability to collaborate with community partners
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask perform under pressure and adapt to change
What You Bring:
Required:
- State of Wisconsin Licensed Clinical Social Worker Professional Counselor Marriage & Family Therapist or Licensed Psychologist
- Masters degree in human services or a related field
- Minimum six months relevant experience
- Preferred three or more years experience
- CPR Certification for those providing services within the Day Treatment Program
- Valid Wisconsin drivers license and appropriate auto insurance coverage as required by North Central Health Care.
- Must have the use of a personal vehicle
