The WW Technology Deployment org is seeking a talented and solutionsoriented NPI Deployment Engineer to contribute to delivering transformational innovation to the business. You will be part of a team with the mission to ensure that robotics technologies maturing through the development pipeline are vetted and tested in the field during Alpha and Beta deployments to identify and resolve issues upstream before deployments at scale.

Participate in strategic Deployment Readiness projects with significant technical depth and breadth;
New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer acts as the subject matter expert for deploying integrating optimizing and implementing new Robotics solutions during preGA phases;
Provide iterative feedback on Work Instructions and plans to achieve consistent outputs;
Maintain and followup on action plan(s);
Manage large thirdparty installation teams during the of Alpha and Beta deployments;
Resolve field issues and ensure root causes are addressed;
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards;
Drive alignment of New Product Introduction strategy with internal stakeholders and external partners;
Lead field trials contribute to deployment guidelines and test plans/procedures in order to get Amazon Robotics solutions certified and deployed;
Traveling requirement for this role is up to 75
Experience leading the design automation deployment and support of largescale infrastructure
Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python Ruby Golang Java C C# Rust
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Aerospace Electrical Physics Operations Research Finance or equivalent
Experience in automating deploying and supporting largescale infrastructure
Experience working directly with hardware/software Engineering teams
Experience with distributed systems at scale
10 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
