Job Description
We are seeking fulltime skilled Construction & Maintenance Laborers to be a part of a growing company reporting to the Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor. This position will be an integral member of our construction & maintenance team and will interact regularly with team members local citizens guests visitors and vendors.
Job Summary
The successful applicants would be responsible to perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines mechanical equipment or the structure of an establishment in repair. This position is also responsible for:
Education & Experience
HS diploma or equivalent education required plus 23 years experience. Possession of a valid drivers license and state license(s) needed to perform necessary job functions. Professional trade certifications and/or licensures are preferred. HVAC experience and/or certification is a plus.
