Job Summary:
A fulltime 1.0 FTE) Research Services Laboratory Science Profession position at the Intermediate level is available in the field of genomic mosaicism. The research group is located within the Department of Pediatrics School of Medicine in the Section of Clinical Genetics and Metabolism. This position will be responsible for performing a broad array of genetic and molecular assays and techniques in the area of genetics genomics and molecular biology. This work will be part of essential laboratory support tasks and include experiments performed independently and under the supervision of the principal investigator and other laboratory members. In addition this position will be responsible for managerial aspects of the Breuss laboratory support of the Principal Investigators (PI) scientific administration and the mentoring of junior researchers.
