Position Overview: As an employeeowned organization we are seeking a Synthetic Turf Construction Superintendent who is passionate about leading teams ensuring quality and driving operational excellence in synthetic turf construction. Were looking for someone who thrives on mentoring crews maintaining high construction standards and fostering a culture of safety and efficiency. This role is critical in overseeing and coaching crews at multiple synthetic turf construction sites ensuring crews are supported to execute field builds with precision and upholding our commitment to excellence. Key Activities: - Lead & Develop Teams Oversee 23 field construction crews provide handson support train field staff and guide performance management.
- Ensure Quality & Efficiency Oversee QA/QC processes conduct audits and uphold operational excellence across all builds.
- Drive Safety Compliance Conduct safety audits enforce PPE and jobsite protocols and support incident response.
- Optimize Operations Supervise key construction tasks refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support project scheduling.
Skills Required: - Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple crews and sites simultaneously.
Professional Qualifications: - 3 years of experience in a Superintendent role is preferred.
- Deep knowledge of construction safety and quality standards.
- Valid drivers license and ability to obtain DOT certification.
