- Utilize Service Titan to coordinate and schedule service calls based on technician availability customer priority and location
- Communicate with clients to confirm appointments provide updates and address any concerns or inquiries
- Provide job material ordering and delivery support
- Work with clients and teammates to provide exceptional customer service
- Accurately track job progress and collect payments utilizing Service Titan
- An expert level knowledge of Service Titan job creation and scheduling
- Proficient in phone and messaging etiquette and effective communication skills
- Previous contact center experience a plus
- Adept at utilizing Microsoft or Google office productivity applications (Excel Word Sheets Docs)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Attention to detail and great organizational habits are mandatory
