Job Description
The Palo Alto Litigation Group is seeking midlevel Associates with General Litigation experience to join its team. The position offers a hybrid work model an enhanced mentoring program and significant opportunities for professional development and impactful pro bono work. Associates will contribute to Complex Commercial Litigation and be part of a dynamic collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle general litigation matters including discovery brief writing and pretrial preparation.
- Work on complex commercial claims including contract disputes fraud breach of fiduciary duty and tortious interference claims.
- Collaborate with crossoffice teams and other practice areas on complex cases.
- Participate in depositions hearings and trials with opportunities for leadership on key aspects.
Qualifications:
- J.D. with general litigation experience.
- Experience in litigation preferably with prior clerking experience.
- Active membership in the California Bar.
- Strong academic credentials and legal research skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented crossoffice environment.
