The Strategic Alliances team works to identify and build mutually beneficial relationships with influential leaders executives philanthropists and influencers in entertainment sports and media to advance the Stand Together communitys mission. As a Strategic Alliances Senior Associate you will support the Managing Directors work in outreach and relationship development. This inoffice position will be based in our Arlington VA headquarters.
How You Will Contribute
Conduct indepth research and analysis on prospects trends and influencers to inform our partnership strategy.
Manage a large contact database and utilize it to identify prospective partners.
Represent the Strategic Alliances team at internal and external meetings conferences and events.
Serve as a thought partner and sounding board for the Managing Director of Strategic Alliances.
Support the Managing Director in tracking deadlines and project management.
Manage the Directors social media presence and develop a content strategy that will drive influencer engagement.
Develop materials for board meetings and presentations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external facing audiences.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
Proven Salesforce experience and prospect outreach skills.
Familiarity with the nonprofit sector civic engagement and partnership development.
The ability to develop strategies be a thought partner and robustly participate in our challenge process.
Grantee strategy and process experience is a plus but not a requirement.
A working knowledge of the MS Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint.
