WHAT WILL YOU DO
In a fast paced safety first environment help move grain to ensure quality and maintain proper inventory. Our familyoriented team is looking for someone who wants to help growers succeed by:
- Learn proper aeration techniques to maintain grain quality while also monitoring quality and condition of grain.
- Accurately segregate inbound commodities and effective blend outbound grain.
- Conduct periodic inspections of equipment for proper maintenance procedures and identify problem areas.
- Stay on top of grain market action and support company marketing efforts.
- Assist with employee schedules and issue inbound/outbound accounting documents.

WHAT SKILLS ARE REQUIRED
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions high noise levels and around dust.
- Good customer service problemsolving and work ethic.
- Teamplayer eager to help other departments of the company.
- Willingness to get the job done during peak season by working extended hours as needed.
- Normally requires a high school diploma or the equivalent thereof.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Grain Grading Certificate.
- Must hold and maintain a valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to work at heights of over 150 feet and lift 50 lbs.
- Solid mechanical abilities electrical and ag background helpful but not needed
- Must be able to pass preemployment background and drug screen.
