• Neonatologist covers two NICUs in Las Cruces NM
• Average daily census of 210 babies
• Round and go model remaining on call for the NNPs
• Option to rotate through Pediatrix level III or IV NICU in El Paso
• Neonatologists are supported by a strong team of experienced NNPs 24/7
• This is an opportunity to work at a facility which is located in a Health Professional Shortage Area (HPS) or Medically Underserved Area/Population (MUA/MUP)
