Job Description

Jefferies Restructuring Team is expanding and we are looking for an Analyst to be based in our London office. A Analyst in Financial Restructuring would work on a variety of transactions within the group including debtor and creditorside restructurings and distressed mergers and acquisitions.

Jefferies a unique opportunity for associates to work on projects that provide exposure to a wide variety of financial advisory and investment banking products and industries.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

The successful individual will be responsible for structuring and executing transactions and typically functions as a backup for relationships with important clients is generally the key contact for some clients and begins to assume some important new business responsibilities

Qualifications/ Experience

  • Prior work experience involving financial analysis or transaction .
  • Exceptional work ethic and a high level of enthusiasm initiative and leadership potential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including ability to develop rapport with existing and potential clients.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling.
  • Highly motivated team player with an ability to learn in a fastpaced challenging environment.

Location of work

This role is based in London and will be office based or flexible working with a blend of home and office subject to Jefferies operational requirements
