Job Description & Summary: A career within Service Now will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage Service Now to enhance their customer experiences
Responsibilities:
Consultant shall be responsible for the software delivery including development configuration maintenance and installation of thirdparty packages and software integration efforts.
Mandatory skill sets:
Experience in development and customization of ServiceNow solutions. Handson experience in implementation of 13 IRM/GRC projects including Policy and Compliance management Risk management Audit Management. Experience in implementing VRM/TPM would be an added advantage. Handson experience in defining Flows workflows business rules script includes client scripts script action reports dashboards ACL Handson experience in implementing integrations. Integration Hub experience would be an added advantage. Familiar with Agile Methodology. Experience in working in agile/scrum delivery teams/DevOps Selfstarter and able to handle concurrent tasks with appropriate priority Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style both facetoface and virtually Good English communication skills both verbal and written. ServiceNow CSA/CAD/Both Certification is mandatory. CIS IRM would be an added advantage.
Preferred skill sets:
Service Portal development in ServiceNow Experience in Product evaluation Integration experience with infrastructure monitoring solutions Exposure in defining UX ITIL certified: Foundation V3 Foundation 4 ITIL & ServiceNow certified. ServiceNow CSA certification is preferred Microcertification on ATF is preferred. CIS IRM would be an added advantage.
