WHAT YOULL BE DOING
The Sales Technician is a key position at Jensen Precast. You will work in an exciting and diverse environment and meet interesting people. Your primary customers are contractors engineers and project managers. Youre on the phone taking orders and building relationships with many local customers.
Reporting to the Sales Manager youll primarily work with the Sales team Dispatch and Engineering team.
A highlight of your daytoday will include:
Answering inbound phone calls from customers looking for product quotes purchases or other inquiries.
Assisting with all walkin customers and sales calls.
Produces reviews and revises manhole submittal documents with the engineering and sales teams and ultimately with customer representatives.
Coordinates with internal and external engineering all new parts and pieces as well as follow through with any revisions to existing parts and pieces.
Coordinates with Planning the priority of any new parts and pieces and follows through to ensure completeness prior to entry into an order or project.
