TheTechnology Sales Professional is responsible for selling Cellcoms products and services in a retail setting while focusing on providing excellent customer experiences. Key responsibilities include meeting or exceeding sales targets assisting in store operations training staff and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate should have retail experience strong communication skills sales proficiency and leadership abilities. They will also need to stay updated on product knowledge and participate in training sessions. Responsibilities encompass sales customer service store operations and problemsolving. The role requires multitasking flexibility and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities & Duties:
Provide onthejob training for staff and assist sales consultants in achieving store sales and retention goals
Maintain current product and operations knowledge acting as a subject matter expert for teammates
Support Store Manager in maintaining store operations and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
Complete tasks such as ordering delivering and stocking resources housekeeping cash handling and paperwork
Meet individual goals for activations accessories device protection and customer retention
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school education or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Minimum two years of retail or related experience required; retail lead or assistant manager experience preferred
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills including conflict management and negotiation
Proficiency in sales coaching and training
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office ability to multitask and flexibility
Individuals with a strong background in retail excellent communication skills a knack for sales and the ability to effectively lead and train others would thrive in this role.
