We are currently seeking a dynamic and customerfocused individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor at Greenway Ford you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless service experience for our valued guest. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment values teamwork and is dedicated to delivering topnotch service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guest and assess their service needs with a focus on providing excellent guest service.
- Consult with guest about their vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services based on their needs.
- Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding service timelines costs and warranty coverage.
- Schedule service appointments and communicate effectively with the service team to ensure timely completion of work.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to effectively address guest inquiries.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guest to enhance their overall experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and services.
- Customerfocused with a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a teamoriented environment.
