Responsibilities
Front Office associates are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives the opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. Youll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Associate.
This is an hourly position with a compensation of $26.57.

Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fastpaced environment.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule AM or PM shifts weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in basic computer skills.
- Customer service experience preferred.
