Job Description
Hire Resolves Client is currently looking for a Business Improvement Advisor (Training) to join their company based in Gauteng.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and deliver expert services such as coaching training facilitation curriculum design and integration of training systems.
- Oversee and update the customer learning programs including maintaining training records and generating routine reports.
- Perform training needs assessments using client data to pinpoint improvement opportunities.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across multiple departments.
- Travel to sites as needed to provide ontheground coaching support local trainers and spearhead improvement projects.
Requirements:
- Delivering highquality training coaching and learning outcomes.
- Proven experience in training and coaching delivery with a track record of engaging and educating
diverse audiences effectively - Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to extract actionable insights from data sets.
- Strong MS Office skills especially MS Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
- Willing to travel extensively.
Benefits:
- Salary: R750 000 R850 000 P/A
