Job Description
Sales Officer/ Sr Sales Officer Protective Coating Vertical
Job Location: Kochi
Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the promotion and sales of highperformance coatings products
- Launching and entering new marketing segments
- Working closely with the Regional Manager to cover the entire respective region
- Training and motivating young salespersons to achieve their targets
- Promoting new protective coating products in the assigned region
- Obtaining approvals from clients and consultants for products
- Conducting corrosion audits and providing coating system recommendations to industrial clients
- Conducting coating trials troubleshooting exploring new business opportunities conducting presentations and performing competitor analysis
- Providing product application training for the companys sales personnel in various depots polishers applicators contractors and painters
- Understanding and performing business cost/benefit and financial analysis
- Preparing and presenting proposals and closing new accounts in targeted verticals
- Developing and maintaining a sales plan to ensure the achievement of company sales targets and profitability

Requirements
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: / B.E. / / Diploma
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales with protective coating industrial coating industrial paint or industrial chemical handling experience is mandatory
