NOTICE OF VACANCY

- Director ofBuildings and Grounds
General Qualifications
- Has a background and experience in commercial and industrial electricity and maintenance
- Has a background and experience in low voltage systems such as CAT5/CAT6 cabling door access systems security cameras burglar and fire alarm systems.
- Understands and can read blueprints wiring schematics of buildings and control systems to troubleshoot such systems.
- Possesses working knowledge of single and three phase power systems including 120/240/480 volts.
- Understands and can troubleshoot digital HVAC control systems
- Understands and can install conduit
- Able to work independently or as a team when necessary
- Possesses excellent communication skills
- Must have knowledge of and execute proper safety precautions and practices
Terms of Employment
- 52week employment; wages hours terms and conditions of employment in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Board and the International Union of Operations Engineers AFLCIO Local 399
