We are seeking dedicated Emergency Medicine Specialist to join a fastpaced emergency department in a renowned regional hospital. This facility is a 200 bed hospital offering a comprehensive range of healthcare services including acute and critical care surgical services intensive care maternity and rehabilitation.
The emergency department is equipped with stateoftheart facilities and provides highquality care to a diverse patient population in a vibrant and growing community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse range of cases including 25 paediatrics and a significant trauma caseload.
- Provide expert clinical services within the Clinical Services Capability Framework and clinical privileges granted.
- Assist satellite hospitals and rural sites through Telehealth and inperson support.
- Contribute to innovative prehospital care models including HITH and GEDI programs.
- Engage in the development of a new Emergency Department.
- Enjoy flexible and equitable rostering that balances service needs with academic priorities.
- Potential involvement in the Regional Aeromedical Retrieval Service.
- Participate in a successful postgraduate education and training program including ACEM fellowship and diploma training.
- Provide clinical supervision and training for junior medical staff medical students and other health professionals.

Requirements:
- Specialist qualifications in Emergency Medicine (FACEM or equivalent).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
