The Customer Experience team at Sydecar helps our customers get where they need to go. As the primary contact for all of our customers and their investors the team works daily to resolve customer support cases provide feedback for new product solutions and manage an SPV or Fund from formation to closing and beyond.
Customer Experience Associates are Sydecars ambassadors to our Fund Managers and their Investors a crucial role for both product discovery and customer experience. The ideal candidate has experience in a customer facing role excels in communication and has a strong desire to help others solve problems big or small.
EachassociatewillgainadeepunderstandingofSPVs(SpecialPurposeVehicles)the alternativeinvestinglandscapeandtheprocessbehindbuildinganditeratingon a financialtechnologyproduct.
Thisisahybridrolerequiringin office attendance two days per week in either our Seattle orNewYorkoffice.
