Cleaning Crew
Sunshine Enterprise is a reputable construction company specializing in the development and completion of commercial and residential projects throughout the USA. As a final cleaning crew our mission is to ensure that our sites are thoroughly cleaned sanitized and prepared for use. We are currently seeking a skilled and detailoriented Final Cleaning Crew to join our team and contribute to the successful completion of our projects.
The Final Cleaning Crew will be responsible for performing postconstruction cleaning and preparing construction sites for occupancy. This position requires attention to detail efficiency and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment to meet project deadlines. The crew will ensure that the site is clean safe and ready for the next phase following industry standards and client specifications.
- PostConstruction Cleaning:
- Remove debris dust and construction materials from the site including floors walls and surfaces.
- Sweep vacuum and mop floors to remove dirt dust and other particles.
- Clean and sanitize windows glass partitions and mirrors.
- Wipe down and disinfect surfaces including countertops fixtures and appliances.
- Remove stickers labels and protective coverings from surfaces and windows.
- Remove debris dust and construction materials from the site including floors walls and surfaces.
- Interior Cleaning:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms including toilets sinks and fixtures.
- Dust and wipe down walls baseboards and light fixtures.
- Clean and polish doors handles and other hardware.
- Vacuum carpets and rugs and mop hard floors.
- Clean and polish stainless steel surfaces and appliances.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms including toilets sinks and fixtures.
- Exterior Cleaning:
- Remove debris and trash from exterior areas including parking lots and walkways.
- Sweep and clean entryways sidewalks and outdoor staircases.
- Clean and sanitize common areas such as lobbies and reception areas.
- Remove dust and dirt from outdoor furniture signage and fixtures.
- Pressure wash exterior surfaces if required.
- Remove debris and trash from exterior areas including parking lots and walkways.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment with care following proper procedures.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
- Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the appropriate supervisor.

- Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with other team members to efficiently complete cleaning tasks.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in organizing cleaning supplies equipment and storage areas.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques procedures and equipment.
- Familiarity with the safe handling and use of cleaning chemicals.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety guidelines and practices related to construction site cleaning.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
