We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist who excels not only in leading digital campaigns to drive quality traffic but also has a passion for the real estate industry to understand insights and deliver the most relevant advertisements to users based on their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Digital Campaigns: Take ownership of digital marketing channels including Google Search Facebook Ads Remarketing (Criteo/Google Dynamic Remarketing) as well as onoff channels when needed (Cc Cc Google Display Network etc. to drive quality traffic to Nh Tt.
- Take ownership for automation tools to retain and reengaging users through automated campaigns.
- Plan and Execute: Define actionable goals design experiments and roll them out to acquire activate and retain users. If the results fall short quickly extract insights iterate and move forward. If successful optimize and scale for sustained growth.
- Data Analysis: Analyze user segmentation and extract actionable insights to target audiences effectively. Conduct weekly and monthly analysis as well as use digital tracking platforms to evaluate these channels performance make recommendations execute and monitor results closely. Actively suggest and conduct A/B testing to improve campaigns performance.
- Research Trends: Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and identify potential touchpoints to engage with target users.
- Collaborate CrossTeam: Work closely with other teams to brainstorm and implement innovative growth ideas.
Qualifications :

- DataDriven Mindset: Trust numbers over assumptions and are persistent in uncovering the reasons behind data trends.
- Creative and Critical Thinking: Demonstrate curiosity and the ability to think outside the box.
- Proficiency in Tools: Advanced Excel skills. Experience with SQL Tableau and Google Data Studio is a strong advantage.
- Proactive Attitude: Propose new ideas and take ownership of their to achieve growth objectives.
- Communication Skills: Present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Energetic and Committed: Selfmotivated excellent at time management and dedicated to delivering results.
- Experience in Digital Marketing: Prior experience in digital marketing is a significant advantage.
