Job Description
Join Customerization as a Zoho Consultant and work directly with clients to implement and optimize Zoho solutions that drive business results. Youll lead discovery sessions configure applications lead Zoho developers deliver client training and ensure customer success through handson support and expert guidance.
Depending on the candidate location the work may be onsite hybrid or remote. EST time zone availability is a must.
Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of handson experience with Zoho applications (e.g. CRM Desk Books Flow Inventory etc.
Experience working on the consulting or agency side
Strong communication and clientfacing skills
Proficiency in English communication
Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Experience collaborating with technical teams or developers is a plus
Desire to work in a dynamic multicultural environment
