Job Description
We at ViA International are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Architect with BIM (Building Information Modeling) expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in architectural design with a strong background in BIM tools and processes. You will be responsible for preparing and managing architectural models coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring design compliance with Italian building regulations.
As part of our growing team you will contribute to the planning development and of highquality architectural projects leveraging BIM methodologies to optimize design accuracy and project efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture or a related field
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in architectural design and BIM
Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit ArchiCAD or similar
Strong knowledge of Italian building codes and construction practices
Experience in preparing and managing construction drawings and documentation
Ability to coordinate with structural MEP and other design teams using BIM models
Familiarity with 3D modeling and visualization tools is an advantage
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Fluency in Italian (spoken and written)
Must be residing in Italy

Preferred Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering and/or Architecture or equivalent. At least 2 years of professional experience in the engineering services sector. Knowledge of the Italian public procurement code. Fluent in Italian and English; additional language skills are a plus. Strong aptitude for business management and the ability to make strategic decisions independently. Willingness to travel for company meetings or international client engagements. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and experience with tender management software is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Ability to manage multiple tender submissions simultaneously.
