Job Description
The Greeter delivers worldclass customer service to all retail customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet every customer that walks in with a smile
- Delivers outstanding customer service to walkin customers
- Continuously practices good listening skills with customers UPS Store team members and leadership
- Takes ownership of the customers shipping needs
- Maintains a clean organized and safe working environment
- Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- No experience required
- Good communication and people skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including spelling and math
- Prompt reliable and responsible
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Willing and able to work a very flexible parttime schedule that may span Monday through Saturday during seasonal peak periods
