Program Overview:
Our training program is designed to develop enthusiastic individuals into Honda Certified Service Advisors. Youll start with foundational responsibilities like greeting customers and making phone calls and through mentorship and handson experience work your way up to a fullfledged Service Advisor role.
Responsibilities:
- Begin by greeting customers and assisting with initial service inquiries.
- Handle appointment scheduling and make followup phone calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the service team to learn the ins and outs of the service process.
- Assist in explaining recommended services and repairs to customers.
- Gain a deep understanding of Honda service standards repair procedures and warranty processes.
- Progressively take on additional responsibilities as you advance in the training program.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the service process.
