Product Marketing Team Leader

Canon UK & Ireland a leader in imaging solutions is looking for a Product Marketing Team Leader to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of production technology and driving success in a rapidly evolving sector.

Production is one of the primary pillars of Canons R&D development and investment strategy with a number of innovative new products set to launch over the next 18 months as part of our mediumterm plan. These exciting technological advancements will empower UK print and business communications companies to achieve their lean manufacturing goals enhance efficiency and boost profitability.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to hone your managerial skills and drive team performance by leading a group of dedicated passionate and fun Product Managers focused on Production products solutions and services.

In addition to your leadership duties youll take on active product marketing and management responsibilities for exciting new product area within our Production portfolio crucial in launching new exciting technologies. Youll maximize the performance of products within the Production portfolio by designing and implementing effective marketing plans and campaigns.

Your efforts will make the difference! By driving revenue growth and profit through collaboration with Sales Professional Services and other support functions.

What we ask

• Lead and support a small team of Product Managers to deliver key marketing strategies
• Oversee team performance development and wellbeing.
• Foster intraportfolio alignment and crossdepartmental collaboration.
• Contribute to Marketing Management team discussions and strategies.
• Conduct market analysis to set business targets and manage the product budget process.
• Report on product profitability including revenues and units.
• Develop and implement product marketing strategies to achieve objectives.
• Manage product lifecycle from launch to exit and collaborate on lead generation activities.
• Represent the product portfolio at internal and external events meeting customers and being the product advocate
• Actively manage one product group with targeted campaigns and initiatives.
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

You will need

• Proven track record in B2B Marketing particularly in Product Marketing within the Technology sector.
• Experience with direct and indirect sales teams including distribution and ecommerce.
• Proactive and able to deliver within agreed timeframes.
• Passionate about Product Marketing Technology and delivering a great experience for internal and external customers
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills with experience in Salesforce PowerBI and other tools.
• Creative and analytical approach.
• Budget management experience (P&L and revenue targets).
• Excellent relationshipbuilding and networking skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Degree in Marketing or CIM qualification preferred

Salary circa 60000 plus 10 bonus (dependant on experience)
