Responsibilities
- Conduct individual group family play and activity therapy sessions
- Perform biopsychosocial evaluations for children and adolescents
- Develop and implement person/familycentered treatment plans
- Provide crisis intervention and case management services
- Collaborate with families schools medical providers and community agencies
- Maintain accurate records in the EMR system and prepare reports
- Attend clinical team meetings staff meetings and training sessions
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- May assist with: Community residential or institutional placements
Requirements
- Compassionate clientfocused approach
- LLMSW LMSW LLPC LPC TLLP or LLP license in the state of Michigan
- Valid Michigan drivers license and reliable transportation
- Must meet DCH qualifications as a Child Mental Health Professional (CMHP)
