Within the Indirect scopeHR services Marketing / Communication & Contingent Workforce are one of them. With a relentless focus on profitability as a procurement specialist your objective is to ensure for Contingent Workforce spending & a few categories to get the best value from 3rd party relationships while keeping appropriate controls & risk management in place. The Procurement Specialist supports a Global Category Manager or leads a oneoff project by managing tasks required by the procurement policy and processes in cooperation with Stakeholder / Group / AXA GIs contacts.

- Contribute to the implementation of category strategies at a global level (across multiple geographies & time zones) under the supervision of a Global Category Manager.
- To deliver savings on AXA XL Contingent Workforce Program to reach our companys targets (Expense reduction and cost avoidance).
- Support collection & analysis of metrics related to the Contingent Workforce scope (qualitative and quantitative benefits).
- Support Dashboarding on Contingent workforce across AXA XL.
- Contribute & support AXA Group efficiencies projects as a lead for AXA XL.
- Execute Contingent Workforce roadmap for Systems integration D&I introduction & best practices around this category.
- Manage Contingent Workforce sourcing committees in line with the Contingent Labour Policy.
- Manage Contingent Workforce outsourcing provider performancebased SLAs/KPIs contractually agreed.
- Support required checks and due diligence to meet risk audit and compliance requirements.
- Contribute when relevant to crossfunctional teams in procurement and general projects as well as proactively supporting other team members in their tasks and activities (e.g.: legal framework benefit methodology).
- Contribute to various projects or manage a oneoff project end to end (adhoc basis).
- Analysis (spend analysis definition of service specifications market survey AXA leverage).
