We are delighted to be working with a brandnew Mexican restaurant located in the heart of London. Part of a growing group this vibrant and trendy establishment is on the lookout for a talented Sous Chef to join their team immediately.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Sous Chef
- 43000 to 45000 per annum
- Working alongside a highly skilled team of up to 10 chefs
- Being part of a growing group with exciting plans for the future
- Cooking with a variety of fresh ingredients
Responsibilities as the Sous Chef
- Creating a variety of flavoursome Mexican dishes for up to 1300 covers per week
- Making the most of the restaurants access to fresh ingredients
- Passing on your culinary knowledge and expertise to the team
- Ensuring a consistently high quality of dishes is being produced
This allday dining restaurant is renowned for its exceptional Mexican dishes serving up to 1300 guests each week. They are looking for a passionate Sous Chef to support the Head Chef as secondincommand working alongside a team of 8 to 10 to maintain high standards and create a positive kitchen environment.
