We are thrilled to offer an exciting career opportunity for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Product Lifecycle Manager! In this role you will lead transformative initiatives that ensure our equipment remains highly productive and available driving growth and excellence in our services.
What You Will Do:
Lead and deliver key services growth projects and initiatives aligned to achieving Earthmovings services growth goals.
Lead a team focused on process improvements in parts availability to ensure our customers equipment is serviced with the right parts at the right time to keep the equipment highly productive and available.
Lead warranty transformation efforts for the division and serve as the divisional Subject Matter Expert to the enterprise.
What You Will Have:
Customer Focus: Facilitate the creation of the right products and services to resolve customer business issues by using your knowledge of values and experience in aligning customer needs with satisfaction related to parts availability warranty and growing services.
Effective Communications: Work with partners and all levels of the organization using your understanding of concepts tools and techniques to disseminate ideas information and needs to achieve targets.
Influencing: Use effective influencing tactics and strategies to regularly present ideas or suggestions in persuasive terms.
Problem Solving: Analyze and synthesize information and devise alternative resolution strategies using your knowledge of problemsolving approaches tools and techniques.

Prior Supervisory Experience
Aftermarket experience
Project leadership experience.
Additional Details
Location: Peoria IL
Travel: 25 domestic and international travel
Caterpillar requires employees to work onsite in the office five days a week.

Summary Pay Range:
$156000.00 $234000.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors job level market locationjobrelated knowledge skills individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
