General Ledger Team Leader role.
Your role
Management of team members 12 FTEs) performing General Ledger activities related to efficient closure of the books each month providing BS reconciliation to all Linklaters offices management of In House Cash process and generating cost centre transaction and other financial reports
Participation in various ad hoc financial projects implementation of tools/systems and process improvements
Perform quality control checks to ensure consistent quality of work and green KPIs
Comply with Firm policies and procedures cooperate with Internal and External audits
Maintain professional business relations and regular communication within Finance Teams globally
Promote DEI and CSR activities within LSDC Warsaw
Your experience
610 years of professional experience preferably in a Shared Service/BPO;
Understand General Ledger & intercompany netting process;
Understand SLAs KPIs SOPs process documentation
Proven track record in a role of a Team Leader or people supervisor
Accounting background: Masters in Finance and Accounting Certified Accountant certificate or both
Fluent English and Polish
Good command of SAP and MS Office
