Job Description
Our clienta leader in the semiconductor industry is looking for a QA Engineer 2 based out ofTotowa NJ.
Duration: Long Term Contract(Possibility Of Further Extension)
Pay Rate: $35/hr
The Quality Assurance (QA) Chemist ensures compliance with quality standards by inspecting and testing chemicals and finished products. This role involves analyzing trends troubleshooting system issues managing chemical mixing and maintaining databases for chemical formulations. The QA Chemist ensures adherence to GMPs ISO regulations and safety protocols while supporting customer needs and production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and apply quality assurance protocols for chemical and product testing.
- Perform inspection and trend analysis on finished products inprocess materials and raw materials.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards (GMP ISO statistical process controls).
- Mix chemicals accurately and test on customer units per specifications.
- Troubleshoot system processes and resolve quality issues.
- Maintain chemical databases and review system data for accuracy.
- Follow safety protocols for chemical handling and laboratory operations.

- Masters degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (No experience required)
- Bachelors degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering 2 years of experience)
- Handson experience in chemical analysis metrology and troubleshooting is preferred.
