Sentara Princess Anne Hospital located in Virginia Beach Virginia is hiring a fulltime RN (Registered Nurse) to join our Labor & Delivery Team!

The Registered Nursing (RN) is responsible to perform a competent level of nursing care as demonstrated by the critical thinking model known as the nursing process. The standards of practice (assessment diagnosis outcomes identification planning implementation coordination of care teaching and health promotion and evaluation) along with the standards of professional performance (ethics culturally congruent practice communication collaboration leadership education evidence based practice /nursing research quality evaluation resource utilization and environmental health) encompass the actions and foundation of professional nursing. The RN possesses clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards as required by specific clinical areas. Meets and maintains any requirements defined by specific specialty.
- FullTime 36 hours per week
- Night Shift; 7pm 7am
- Previous L & D experience preferred.
- We are unable to consider new grads currently.
- Mandatory On Call hours required.
- We are seeking candidates with excellent customer service and communication skills and a commitment to learning and implementing best practice care in a teamoriented environment
License and Certification
- Virginia or Compact MultiState License in good standing
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
Education

We provide marketcompetitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$28.16 $46.94.
