Job Description
Your Opportunity:
Reporting to yourDietetics Team Leader you will provide highquality mobile dietetics services to Residential Aged Care facilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Helping to improve nutrition and hydration systems in residential aged care homes
- Completing menu and mealtime reviews
- A commitment to continuous improvement and contemporary best practise
- Excellent communications skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Completing reports accurately with good time management and attention to detail
- Show initiative work independently and be willing to represent Plena in a professional manner
To best support our customers you will need:
- ABachelorsorMastersDegree in Dietetics
- Current DA registration
- This is a mobile role and a willingness to travel is essential
- Willing to obtain NDIS workers screening and National Police Check
- Australian working rights
- Proof of Covid19 and current influenza vaccination
