Job Description:
ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a passionate and detailoriented Marketing Communications Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role you will play a crucial part in supporting our marketing communications efforts helping to create and disseminate various marketing materials that promote our brand and products.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials including brochures newsletters and presentations.
- Support the of marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media email and website.
- Draft proofread and edit content to ensure clarity and consistency in messaging.
- Manage and update the organizations social media platforms and contribute to social media strategy development.
- Conduct market research and gather insights to support marketing initiatives and communications.
- Collaborate with team members on brainstorming sessions to generate creative marketing ideas.
Skills Required:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and graphic design tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
