Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading and providing expertise to project teams participating in crossfunctional initiatives and guiding process improvements and policy establishment. The role collaborates with business leaders to influence strategic decisionmaking and conducts complex financial analysis to achieve objectives effectively. The role also represents the business unit and the organization as needed builds productive relationships and mentors lowerlevel employees.
Responsibilities
Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and participates in crossfunctional initiatives.
Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.
Collaborates with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decisionmaking within a broad scope.
Performs complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or business utilizing strong business understanding to achieve objectives effectively.
Leads and drives business initiatives overseeing analysts across multiple subfunctions within finance.
Forecasts financial results within a broad scope and identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development actively engaging in their design and implementation.
Represents the business unit during crossregional or crossfunctional planning processes.
Represents the organization to external customers and clients.
Applies advanced subject matter knowledge leads and contributes to complex projects and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.
Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and provides mentoring and guidance to lowerlevel employees.
Education & Experience Recommended
Fouryear or Graduate Degree in Business Administration Economics Finance or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 710 years of work experience preferably in financial management internal audit accounting or a related field.
