As a Sr. Solutions Engineer youll play a pivotal role in driving Conductors success within the enterprise market. Youll partner with sales teams and directly engage with customers to deeply understand their strategic goals develop compelling business cases and deliver tailored product solutions that demonstrate the potential value of the Conductor platform.

What Youll Do (Responsibilities):

  • Strategic Consulting: Proactively engage with existing and prospective enterprise customers to uncover their SEO content and web operations needs. Translate these into clear business objectives and tailor recommendations that directly support their achievement.
  • ValueDriven Engagement: Coordinate virtual and onsite sessions for customized assessments value mapping data insight projects and workshops aligned with enterprise customer priorities.
  • DataDriven Storyteller: Analyze data models identify patterns and forecast trends to craft persuasive business cases that demonstrate the potential ROI of Conductor solutions.
  • Technical Sales Partner: Collaborate closely with Sales Managers and teams on technical aspects throughout the sales cycle driving complex deals to close.
  • Product Expertise: Master Conductors product suite and stay updated understanding bestuse scenarios for enterprise customers. Stay updated on industry trends to inform your consultative approach.
  • RFP/RFI Champion: Lead the response to proposals and information requests ensuring compliance with security requirements and showcasing Conductors strengths.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent Conductor with professionalism and enthusiasm at industry events and conferences.

Who You Are (Qualifications):

  • Enterprise Experience: 5 years of presales experience supporting midmarket and enterprise SaaS sales teams. Proven success in guiding strategic discussions with marketing/digital leaders in large organizations.
  • Business Acumen: Outstanding project management and consulting skills. A natural problemsolver with strong data analysis abilities to articulate compelling business cases.
  • Confident Communicator: Comfortable presenting to Clevel executives and leading persuasive product demonstrations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Technical Aptitude: Experience with APIs including integration troubleshooting and documentation.
  • Digital Marketing Savvy: Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and practices is highly preferred.
  • Travel: Ability to travel 25
  • SelfMotivated and Adaptable: Demonstrated resourcefulness initiative and ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.

Compensation: Conductor maintains competitive performancebased compensation programs.

The NYC base salary range for this role is currently $88000 $125000 per year. Actual base salary offered may vary within this range based on education knowledge skills abilities relevant experience internal equity and geographic location among other factors. The actual compensation if offered a position will be based on these factors.

Variable compensation: In addition to the base salary this role is also eligible for a variable bonus based on attainment of quota and performance targets. The base/variable mix is 80/20.
