Manufacturing Supervisor 1st Shift 6AM2:30PM) $60k$65k Bonus
Location: Tempe AZ
Schedule: 1st Shift 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Pay: $60000$65000 per year Annual Bonus Plan Merit Increases

- Supervise and support the daily operations of manufacturing employees
- Train and coach team members to ensure productivity quality and safety
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to maintain efficiency
- Ensure adherence to production processes safety standards and company policies
- Collaborate with other supervisors and departments for smooth operations
- Track employee performance attendance and maintain records
- Foster a positive team culture and support continuous improvement efforts
- 5 years of experience in a highvolume manufacturing or PCB/laminate production environment
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Strong leadership coaching and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and lean manufacturing concepts
- Experience with ERP software (Oracle preferred)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word Excel Outlook)
- BS in Business Engineering or a related field is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. stand walk kneel and use hands/arms frequently
- Must comply with all OSHA and company safety guidelines
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) provided and required as applicable
